Capital Builders replaced the roof on my home, while it was 27 degrees outside, with complete professionalism, attention to detail, & swift (brrrr!) completion. The second that a drop of water came from those Portland grey clouds, the tarps went up–not one thing was even damp while whole house was open to the sky. On-time, good communication with David Sideras’ direction, left no mess, & finished ahead of time. Dream contractors! Would recommend them to anyone.
