Albina Sideras
With a degree in accounting and an impeccable sense of style, Albina Sideras has been an indispensable part of the office since 2002. Arriving in the United States in 2000 from Tashkent, Uzbekistan and not speaking any English, Albina is very comfortable in her adopted home and fearless in negotiating any obstacle.
David Sideras
David Sideras was raised on acreage just outside of Newberg, Oregon. Adding to the common sense common to rural kids, he received his bachelor’s degree from Southern Oregon University, has traveled extensively visiting and living in 25 countries and currently has more than 20 years experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate ranging from finance, project design, permitting, project management, property management to general contracting.

In late 2007 building upon their previous real estate experience and while many others were fleeing the industry, Albina and David started their own general contracting company. Completing five new construction projects during 2009 from concept to completion, they launched the remodeling side of the business in 2010 to much acclaim. Currently, they own a home on acreage in Scappoose, but have roots in the Metro area dating back to the Oregon Trail.
